I recently received the above hardware pack and have several concerns about the contents:
1. The bolts supplied are too long for the female threaded section of the pulley
2. The bolt are steel when the rest of the items are brass
3. The screws provided are too large for the hole in the angle bracket
4. Only 5 screws provided whereas the kit with two angle brackets requires 6 screws.
When I complained I got a reply from a company liquidator to say the Tuscanor Ltd have gone int liquidation and Tuscanor Lighting Limited and Tuscanor International Lighting Limited are still trading and in new ownership and have no responsibility to the suppliers and customers of Tuscanor Limited
