For overseas deliveries we will use the most appropiate delivery method. There is a table rate for shipping to Europe, USA, Canada and the Rest of World however if your order is quite heavy we will contact you prior to despatching the goods to confirm the surcharge. Airmail deliveries will require a surchage and we will contact you prior to despatch.
All prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) which applies to all EU countries. For countries outside the scope of VAT, we will deduct the cost of the VAT before charging your credit card. You may be liable for taxes within your own country.

Returns Policy.
We have a simple returns policy which means if you are unhappy with any ironmongery product supplied as a standard item, it can be returned for an exchange or full refund of the price of the item within 7 days as long as it is not a made to order product. Any product described as made to order is deemed to be made to order and to the customer specification be it in size, colour, shape or any other variant.
If it is a lighting item which has been made to order and/or special order we are unable to accept returns. Please note that all Tuscanor lighting products are made to order and non-returnable.
All shade items are made to order and cannot be returned.
Any return item must be returned in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached and in original packaging. Postage costs are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Then we will be happy to refund the delivery charge. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
All trade customer orders are subject to a standard 20% restocking charge and postage chagres are not refunded.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
Under the Consumers Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 Clause 13(i)(C), you do NOT have the right to cancel any order once a binding legal contract is in place (this we deem to be when an order is received and payment is made) or return the goods other than if delivered damaged or incorrectly. This is because goods ordered are made to customer specification.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty, damaged in transit, or of incorrect design, please inform us within 48 hours so that we can replace or repair the goods in accordance with your statutory rights.
We must be informed in writing (email or fax) before goods are returned. We should also be informed prior to return as we may be able to mitigate the cost of postage and offer a cheaper service than you can obtain.
Please re-pack in the original packing any faulty, damaged or incorrect goods and return by post to the address below. We will refund the cost of postage incurred & re-supply the goods correctly.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
