Our ironmongery suppliers have been producing the highest quality white malleable iron at their foundry in Walsall since 1855. Their heritage and the traditional skills and methods which have been passed down through the generations, combined with more modern technology enable us to offer the largest range of Black Architectural Ironmongery available anywhere in the World. There are many similar products available in the UK and indeed worldwide. However, all the products we offer are cast in whiteheart malleable iron which is particularly durable and well suited to the manufacture of architectural ironmongery. Their long tradition of manufacturing these products means that they have a style and authenticity which is lacking in cheap imitations which are available. The workforce is skilled in traditional methods of productions which have not changed in essence over the last 140 years. All products meet the environmental standards demanded by correct UK legislation. Time has proven that quality products will long out last cheap imitations most of which are imported into the UK.
If you visit heritage sites and 17th and 18th Century properties across Great Britain you will see examples of Ironmongery that is still working strong and looking good after hundreds of years.
