Comprising of a grip handle with heart shaped ends and thumb lever on a heart shaped plate for the external side of the door and a horizontal latch and keep for the internal side of the door.  The thumb lever is fitted through the thickness of the door and when pressed externally it lifts the latch internally opening the door
