Black Victorian Style Malleable Cast Iron Trivet/Toast Stand

Victorian Cast Iron Lace design with three paw legs.

Originally made to support cooking pots and pans on an open fireplace.  Trivets are more frequently used today as a decorative rather than a practical item.  This round trivet would make an atttractive plant stand or toast stand.
